⦁ USER INFORMATION

Who is responsible for processing your personal data?

EBANO APARTOTEL SLU, hereinafter referred to as the CONTROLLER, informs the USER that it has created a profile on the Social Networks Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Vimeo, and Google+, and that it is responsible for the processing of the user's personal data carried out on these social networks. It informs the user that these data will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December (LOPDGDD), and therefore provides the following information regarding the processing:

What do we process your personal data for?

Purpose of processing: to maintain a relationship between the USER and the CONTROLLER which may include the following operations:

Handling requests and inquiries submitted to the controller
Informing about activities and events organized by the controller
Informing about products or services offered by the controller
Interacting through official profiles

Why are we allowed to process your personal data?

Legal basis for processing: Article 6.1.a GDPR, the data subject has given consent to the processing of their personal data for one or more specific purposes. The USER has a profile on the same social network and has decided to join the CONTROLLER's social network, thus showing interest in the information published on it. Therefore, when requesting to follow our official profiles, they give us their consent to process the personal data published on their profile.

The USER can access the privacy policies of the social network at any time and configure their profile to ensure their privacy.

The CONTROLLER has access to and processes the USER’s public information, especially their contact name. These data are only used within the social network and will only be added to a CONTROLLER file when necessary to handle the USER's request.

How long will we keep your personal data?

Data retention criteria: they will be kept as long as the USER does not revoke the consent given as indicated in this privacy policy.

Who do we share your personal data with?

Data disclosure: the information provided by the USER through the CONTROLLER’s social networks, including their personal data, may be publicly available depending on the services used by the USER and therefore may be accessible to other third-party users of the social networks. From each social network profile, the USER can configure what information they want to make public, view the permissions granted, delete them, or disable them, as well as any third-party applications they no longer wish to use.

No transfer of personal data to third parties outside the social network is planned, unless it is essential for the development and execution of the purposes of the processing, to our service providers

related to communications, with whom the CONTROLLER has signed confidentiality and data processing agreements as required by current privacy regulations.

What are your rights?

Rights of the USER: these can only be exercised in relation to information under the control of the CONTROLLER.

Right to withdraw consent at any time
Right of access, rectification, portability, and erasure of your data, and to restrict or object to their processing
Right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority (www.aepd.es) if you believe that the processing does not comply with current regulations

⦁ USE OF PROFILE
The CONTROLLER will carry out the following actions: Access to public profile information
Publication on the USER’s profile of all information already published on the CONTROLLER’s social network
Sending personal and individual messages through the social network channels
Status updates on the page that will be published on the USER’s profile

The USER can always control their connections, remove content they no longer find interesting, and limit who they share their connections with; to do so, they must access their privacy settings.

⦁ PUBLICATIONS

Once the USER becomes a follower or joins the CONTROLLER’s social network, they may post comments, links, images, photographs, or any other type of multimedia content supported by the platform. The USER must, in all cases, be the owner of the published content, hold the intellectual property and copyright, or have the consent of the affected third parties.

Any publication on the social network that is considered to violate morality, ethics, good taste, or decency, and/or that infringes, violates, or breaches intellectual or industrial property rights, the right to image, or the Law is expressly prohibited.

In such cases, the CONTROLLER reserves the right to immediately remove the content without prior notice and may request the permanent blocking of the USER.

The CONTROLLER will not be held responsible for the content freely published by a USER.

The USER must be aware that their publications will be known by other users, so they are the primary party responsible for their privacy.

Images that may be published on the social network will not be stored in any file by the CONTROLLER, but will remain on the social network.

⦁ DATA OF MINORS OR PERSONS WITH SPECIAL CAPACITIES

Access and registration through the CONTROLLER’s social networks is prohibited for persons under 14 years of age. If the USER has special capacities, the intervention of their legal guardian or representative will be necessary, with a valid document proving such representation.

The CONTROLLER is expressly exempt from any liability that may arise from the use of social networks by minors or persons with special capacities. The CONTROLLER’s social networks do not knowingly collect any personal information from minors, and therefore, if the USER is a minor, they should not register, use the CONTROLLER’s social networks, or provide any personal information.
