The prices that appear on the official website are very competitive. All room prices are per room for the entire entire stay and all prices are shown with VAT / sales taxes included and any other taxes (subject to changes in said taxes), unless otherwise indicated in our Platform or at the confirmation entry / e-mail. Ticket prices are per person or group and are subject to the validity indicated on the ticket, if applicable. Fees and taxes (including tourism / municipal) may be charged in case of no-show or cancellation charges. Ebano Select Apartments will charge the corresponding taxes in case of no-show or as a cancellation fee.
Our commitment is that you pay on our official website the lowest possible price for your stay at Ebano Select Apartments & Spa. That is why we guarantee that on our website you will find the lowest price online, excluding tour packages (Flight + Accommodation). If after making your reservation with us, you find your accommodation on the internet with the same booking conditions and at a lower price, we will match the price.
Obvious errors (errata included) are not binding. All special offers and promotions are marked as such. A rate 60% lower than the market price in Playa d’en Bossa on a specific date is considered error.

On our official website you will find rates with two types of cancellation:
Free cancellation: The guest can cancel their reservation without any cost up to 15 days prior to the start of their reservation. Cancellations during the previous 15 days will be penalized with the payment of the entire first night.
Non Refundable: The guest accepts that the total amount of their reservation will be charged at the time or on the days following the reservation. These types of reservations cannot be canceled or modified, except in cases of force majeure in which modifications will be allowed.
